About Us

EVOLVE Health & Performance exists to help others pursue their true potential in life & sport while living balanced lives. Never settling, and always evolving.

There are so many myths and misconceptions about the fitness industry. There is no standard for coaching quality, and unfortunately good people who just want some guidance get ripped off or injured.

Here at Evolve, we not only make it a priority to give you the highest quality coaching, but go above and beyond by taking care of people as part of our family.

We do this by incorporating our C.O.R.E Principles, values, & our equation for success.

trust

We stand up for what the correct information is to get our clients the best results- that prioritizes the betterment of their health. We do not compromise our integrity.

integrity

We develop trusting relationships with our clients in order to keep all lines of communication open and honest.

“We’ve seen many people fall “off the wagon” especially after their time as a college athlete. There becomes a loss of identity when there is no support, direction, or team. From seeing this first hand with former athletes, chronic yo-yo dieters, and anyone looking to improve their performance- this is why we set out to create Evolve. To be that light for people so they can achieve ultimate food freedom, while seeing bad ass results.”
